Description

The top of the Dongding is the name of the place. One refers to the "Dongding mountain" of Nantou, Taiwan. The legend is that the ancestors had no shoes to wear in the early days, and the winter must be named "the frozen toes on the top of the mountain." The color of the tea soup is golden and amber, with obvious roasting flavor. It is one of the most characteristic features of traditional frozen top oolong tea. The taste of the tea is mellow and sweet, and the throat is long-lasting and full of sweetness.

A Simple Guide To Tea Making

 Tea Storage

Teas are extremely dry products, and the flavors may slowly changed when in contact with air, light, humidity, and high temperature. Regardless of how you keep your teas, an ideal storage location is somewhere that is cool, dry, or store in vacuumed packs with deoxidizers to keep the teas as fresh as possible. If the teas have become damp, you may try drying them in a tea roaster.
