Produced in the north of Darjeeling Town, 70% of the tea garden is northward, with an altitude of 1800 meters. Facing the cold wind from the Himalayas, the normal temperature in the spring night is about 3~5 degrees. This tea has a number of organic certifications, the international classification "SFTGFOP", the number of spring buds is rare, and it is fermented between 3 and 5 degrees. It is the only region in the world that makes fragrant black tea. Although it is a black tea process, due to the low temperature relationship, fermentation is not easy, and it has become the most important focus of this tea. The tea-colored greenish yellow has a floral scent, and the big-leaf species tastes domineering. The bottom rhyme is strong and the throat is full of rhyme. It is recommended to use 92 degrees hot water, 2 grams can be soaked 4~5 times.
