Dayuling tea is one of Taiwan's premiumhigh mountain teas and a representative of high-quality tea nationwide. The large temperature difference between day and night, along with therich soil, results in lush, thick, and tender leaves high in pectin. The teaproduced under these ideal natural conditions has thick leaves with a strongaroma, clear and transparent tea liquor, a sweet and pleasant taste, and anexcellent throat feel. It has a light floral fragrance and sweetness, with alingering aftertaste that remains in the throat for a long time, making it a"supreme tea."
